Paper flower made with Scallop punch

Isn't this paper flower just the cutest thing? I found the idea when I was blog hopping the other day and I just had to try it. You can find all the details on how to make it at the Queen of Ink here. She has it on a card, but I am thinking about using it on the front of a notebook. I have not decided yet. When I do, I will show it the finished project. For now, I am going to make some more flowers. They are just too easy and too cute. The possibilities are endless. I could add some sparkle by putting Dazzling Diamonds on the edges of the flower. Oh, I almost forgot one thing I did differently, is instead of just water, I used body spray (Honeysuckle to be exact). It meets the same purpose but you get the added benefit of a sweet smelling flower. How great is that?

Thank you again for checking out my blog. As I said, it would not be another 18 months before I posted again. I really am trying to do better. I am going to try to schedule several posts over the next few days while the girl is out of town and the creative juices are flowing. I have another really great card for tomorrow.

Supplies needed for today's project:
SU! Scallop Punch
Daffodil Delight paper scraps
Small punch
spray bottle of water or body spray (non-SU)

*All supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.
